Silk Stevens is a newly formed company established by D. N. (Dave) Stevens, P.Eng. In 2006. The company offers professional and management services to clients throughout Atlantic Canada. David is a civil/environmental engineer with 20 years experience throughout North America and Atlantic Canada specializing in environmental management and protection. Environmental expertise coupled with a network of exceptional Associates in all the major engineering and science fields provide a strong and stable platform for growth, sustainability, excellence in engineering and client satisfaction.

• David Stevens, P.Eng., Engineer: An environmental specialist and civil designer, David has helped many clients accomplish their goals by offering professional engineering and architectural services that consistently exceed the clients expectation for quality and value.

• Delton Hanley, Graphic Designer / Drafting:
Delton prepares site plans, house plans as well as designing of marketing materials for Silk Stevens Ltd. including newsletters, presentations, and web site maintenance.


• Donald Bradford, Electrical: An energy efficiency expert, Donnie recently participated in the Energy Audit for NB Power’s head office in Fredericton; and completed a feasibility study of wind power for Paturel International on Deer Island.


  • Gordon Dugas, CET – Civil Engineering Technologist: A marine systems specialist and civil designer, Gordon has recently completed a midsize drainage project in southern N.B. and is currently working on a large concrete restoration project.

• Mike Erickson, P.Tech., Designer / Drafting:
An expert in design of process systems integration, Mike recently participated in the design of a waste water treatment plant and reviewed various fish unloading options for a local salmon processing facility. Mike prepares site plans, house plans, and mechanical and electrical drawings.

• Onassis Sanchez Diaz, Engineer: Besides being an expert in design-drafting and civil architecture systems, Onassis also contributes technical oversight to all our design projects ensuring appropriate application of technology.

• Jason Keys, Biologist: A marine expert, Jason recently prepared the HACCP/QMP plan for the only caviar processing plant in Canada; and oversees all of our environmental testing, monitoring and reporting throughout Atlantic Canada and Maine.
