Department of Transportation and Infrastructure New Brunswick (DTI) retained Silk Stevens to complete a design for upgrades to the Lakewood Heights School parking lot in Saint John. The improvements included paving of the parking lot, ditching, and paving an asphalt path to recreation areas on the ground. Silk Stevens provided a complete tender package in March 2019 and construction was completed in August 2019. Silk Stevens coordinated site meetings and inspections during construction.
